Slade L.E.T. Planning looks at transportation issues through the eyes of a planner, lawyer, and consultant. The Firm understands law, planning, transportation system infrastructure, qualitative and quantitative transportation studies, and engineering to serve clients. Slade L.E.T Planning has innovative ideas regarding integrating transportation, land use, and environmental planning with law to ensure access for all citizens to travel. The Firm is skilled in creating livable community, transit, rural transportation, public involvement, land use, and environmental plans. Slade L.E.T. Planning uses NEPA to analyze transportation projects. The Firm is skilled in collecting data and writing Community Impact Assessments. The Firm can define the project, develop a community profile, collect data, analyze community impacts, select analysis tools, identify solutions, use public involvement, document findings, and utilize the knowledge of people in the community and other publication resources. Slade L.E.T. Planning is working on an infill development project for Enon Ridge Neighborhood. Slade L.E.T. Planning will conduct an Environmental Assessment for Birmingham City Schools. Slade L.E.T. Planning is preparing a pro bono project for the Ensley Neighborhood that involves parks and increasing housing values. L'Tryce Slade was selected as a participant for the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Project Corporate Leadership Class of 2007-2008.
